Learning Smalltalk

I know in this group there are so many guys working in Smalltalk from quite a Long Time. I am also working in Smalltalk from last 3 Years but I am stuck at a level and not able to proceed further in my Learning of Smalltalk.

I know all basics of Smalltalk, could someone please guide me that how should I proceed further in my learning of Smalltalk Language more deeply.

Is there any pattern which I should follow?

Could I also please request you to give me some links where I could learn how seaside works with ObjectStudio?

It works like it does in VisualWorks. Simply load the Seaside parcel into OST.
